As Q3 comes to a close, we're excited to reflect on what has truly been our best-ever quarter! With the market picking up and both perm and contract placements reaching record highs, the team's hard work has really paid off. Not only have we smashed previous targets, but we've also had plenty of fun along the way!
To celebrate, we're taking the team to Electric Shuffle in Manchester for drinks and food – a well-deserved treat for everyone who contributed to this! This quarter also saw us welcome a new team member and enjoy a well-earned breakfast on payday – take a look at all the details below!
Lauren joining the team
Our team is growing! We’re excited to say that we have a new member on our team! Meet Lauren Delaney, she’s our bubbly new Recruitment Co-Ordinator who will be working closely with our Director, James Adamson on the Project Management and Quantity Surveying desk, focusing on the construction sector across the Northwest.
Lauren brings valuable experience from her previous roles in education and healthcare recruitment, and we’re excited to have her apply her skills as she transitions into the construction sector with us. We’re confident that she will be a great addition to the team! Welcome aboard Lauren!
Pay day breakfast
There’s no better way to mark the end of the month and celebrate payday! We treated ourselves to a late start, heading to Pot Kettle Black for some tasty food and fantastic coffee. Located in the iconic Barton Arcade, built in 1871, this historic gem is renowned for its stunning cast-iron features and domed glass ceiling. Given our work in the construction sector, we always take a moment to appreciate the architecture that surrounds us!
Consultant of the quarter
The end of the quarter is always a great time to reflect on our achievements and identify ways to improve. Each quarter, we set targets for our consultants, rewarding those who go above and beyond. This time, we’re thrilled to announce Conor Bowen as the winner of the group target!
We also like to recognise individual effort, The Consultant of the Quarter goes to Antonia Hogan, who not only met but exceeded her targets through her consistent hard work! A huge congratulations to both Conor and Antonia!
